Committed to creating housing opportunities and empowerment for low-income persons and families in City of Tampa, Hillsborough County, and surrounding counties. Provide quality affordable housing and enhance neighborhoods through self-empowerment of low-income individuals and families. Improve the lives of our residents through the creation of new housing or redevelopment of units that will enhance neighborhoods throughout Hillsborough County. Committed to homeownership education and mentoring for the families today and the future.
